Return Process
- 1.Initiate Your Request
Log into your Wave Connect account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- 2.Prepare the Package
Securely pack your electronics in their original manufacturer packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and cables to ensure a full refund.
- 3.Ship It Back
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location within 7 days of receiving your RMA.
- 4.Inspection and Refund
Our technicians will inspect the device for quality assurance, and once approved, your refund or exchange will be processed within 3-5 business days.
